2. Scope and purpose of processing

I process personal data only to the extent necessary for:

• Handling enquiries and communication: If you contact me by email or phone, I process your name and contact details so that I can answer your enquiry.
• Performing contracts and invoicing: If we agree to work together, I process the data needed to issue an invoice and carry out the job.

3. Data retention

• Data from enquiries that do not lead to a job is kept for no longer than 2 years.
• Data from completed jobs is kept for the period required by law (e.g. the Czech Accounting Act requires 10 years).

I don't sell your data to anyone. Only essential processors (e.g. the hosting provider or accounting software) may have access to it, and solely to keep my services running.
